Damn Heroes

Decided to go a slightly different direction with the art on this strip, specifically the lettering and the way I’m drawing Sebastian and Captain Righteous. I found that I was spending too much time worrying about lettering and the results were less than spectacular, so I’m trying digital fonts.

We were kicking around the idea of keeping the giant squid for future strips. I was thinking of giving him different careers like a magician at kid’s birthday parties (imagine how many balloon animals he could make at once) or window washer for the highrises in Hero City (of course, there may be suction cups marks in strategic places). Or we could kill him and provide sushi to all of Japan for an entire day. Eh, I’m good with it either way.
